We are currently looking for a talented part-time Youth Pastor to grow with us. If you naturally connect with adult leaders and students and you’re passionate about God, we welcome the candidate to join our church family and become a member of our ministry staff.
The Korean Church of Boston (KCB) is a member of The Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. KCB is the first Korean church founded in New England and second church established post World War II in US. We are proud to have three generation of congregations worshiping together in a church.
Candidate shall possess the following attributes:
Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited Seminary
Knowledgeable in student ministries with at least two years of experience
Experienced in developing and motivating students to become leaders
Awesome at communicating and relating to others, especially young people and their parents
Fluent in English (required)
Job responsibilities include:
Oversee weekly Sunday youth worship service
Building a relational youth ministry team
Identifying, training, and inspiring adult volunteers and student leaders
Being a team player who collaborates with all ministries during weekend experiences
